Wow, how times flies when you’re trying to prepare for a journey! We have been busy getting everything as ready as possible, selling, donating, packing, and having pre-journey meals with as many local friends as we have been able to schedule.
Pedro has taken the lead on packing (thank goodness) and we have almost completed the downsizing from our ~400 square foot closet to four suitcases and two backpacks. No small feat! We will have forgotten things? We are sure. But that is part of the journey; finding, translating, and buying local. Let the journey begin!
I believe you will miss that awesome closet. I know I would, but it will all be worth it on your journey.
