After spending a little more than two months in Mexico, we headed to Rio to embark on a cruise to Venice. It was Pedro’s mom (Silvania) birthday and we gathered her sisters that live in Brazil, along with her daughter (Rayssa), Pedro and myself for a little celebration before boarding the cruise (from the left: Landia, Silvania (Mom), Nanda, Raquel, Pedro, and Rayssa (sister)). We only wish Simone and Leo could have been there to celebrate with us! [ Depois de passar um pouco mais de dois meses no México, fomos para o Rio para embarcar em um cruzeiro para Veneza. Era o aniversário da mãe de Pedro (Silvania) e juntamos as irmãs que moram no Brasil, junto com a filha (Rayssa), Pedro e eu para uma pequena comemoração antes de embarcar no cruzeiro (da esquerda: Landia, Silvania (Mãe), Nanda Raquel, Pedro e Rayssa (Irmã)). We only spent a few nights in Rio but we made the most of them with celebrations starting from the moment of check in all the way until we boarded the ship. Everyone had a wonderful time bringing in Mae’s (Mom) birthday and although I am not allowed to reveal her age, I can say this birthday age ended in a zero! 🙂 [ Nós só passamos algumas noites no Rio, mas nós fizemos a maioria deles com celebrações a partir do momento do check-in até que embarcamos no navio. Todo mundo se divertiu muito trazendo o aniversário de Mãe e, apesar de eu não poder revelar a idade dela, posso dizer que essa era de aniversário terminou em zero! 🙂 ]
We had several wonderful meals and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rio. It is always special to spend time with family and this family never disappoints! We love you all! Mom looks so young that zero birthday year must be 20. We now have proof of where Pedro came by that love of life and all it offers. Its the greatest gift his mom gave him!!!
