We took the opportunity while in Barcelona to cruise the Western Mediterranean. Ms Nancy (momma) and our dear friend Dr Alan came from the states to join us. The cruise included stops in Naples, Rome (Civitavecchia), Livorno, Cannes, Palma De Mallorca plus a day at sea.
I think our favorite day ashore was the beautiful city of Cannes but we also throughly enjoyed Naples. Pedro even found some Capueiristas, Brazilian martial arts, while in Cannes, and once the shirts came off, Dr. Alan “reluctantly” joined in on the show! 🙂
While on the ship we enjoyed several shows including a cirque style big top show, burn the floor dance show, and Priscilla the musical. LOTS of fun!!
We also took in some personal entertainment at the black jack tables (hello, Dr Alan!) and push-coin slots (hello Ms Nancy). But don’t worry, Mom made her money back on the pool table (sorry about the Dr Alan; should of warned you about the shark!) And we all had fun on the bowling lanes at sea; a first for all of us! Oh, and how could I forget about the dancing on the pool deck followed by a little rest & relaxation (you go Momma)!!!
And of course, everyone loves the towel animals waiting for you upon returning to your cabin. What a wonderful time shared by all! Until the next one…..
